The Challenge
Ronald McDonald House Charities® Toronto (RMHC Toronto) provides places to stay for families of children who are seriously ill and being treated at nearby hospitals. They needed a new website that would give families and social workers easy access to information about stays, attract donations, and integrate with other platforms in the RMHC network. Social media content was also required to increase engagement and drive users to the site.

Our Solution
We based our responsive site design on established RMHC Canada branding, and gave it a clean and bright look and feel. With restructured site architecture for user-friendly navigation, we also included an integrated calendar and centralized FAQ section. And we emphasized inclusivity and made the donate button prominent to encourage gifts and incite action. We also developed a social media playbook to help RMHC Toronto share the new site and engage the community.
