The Challenge
The North Western Toronto Ontario Health Team (NWT OHT) provides health care to a population with a significant number of newcomers and underserved communities, and people with low income and education. The team wanted to increase awareness of the services they offer and their benefits, and help community members make informed decisions about their health. We needed to define NWT OHT’s brand and make them a recognisable and trusted service, craft an accessible website that could educate many different people with diverse needs, and provide marketing materials to spread the message.

Our Solution
Our work with NWT OHT is ongoing and we continue to help them on their mission to improve the health of the people they serve. The new branding provides a cohesive, instantly recognisable visual identity and messaging across everything they do. It reflects their values and symbolizes integration, unity, and care. We also designed and built a website that’s welcoming, inclusive and accessible. It’s simple to navigate, has a site search function and makes finding relevant information easy. To help NWT OHT engage with patients across different touchpoints, we also created collateral including an email newsletter template, infographics and illustrations, a print brochure and social media templates.
