The Challenge
Neighbourhood Network multiplies community giving and helps create caring and active neighbourhoods. They promote volunteerism, link resources and support local charities and agencies. The network needed a website that would form a solid foundation for their success and become a fundamental part in progressing their impact.

The Solution
After mapping the user journey, we designed a fresh and friendly user interface and completely rebuilt the site. Everything was done with a strategically defined user flow and ease of use in mind. Custom features include an advanced searchable and filterable volunteer and events area to help people find volunteer opportunities in their area. The site allows multiple account access levels and user permissions. Partners and volunteers can create different accounts and there’s custom content for each path. Over the years we’ve also provided a range of marketing material to support Neighborhood Network initiatives, including newspaper ads, postcards, posters, social graphics and certificates.
