After partnering for more than a decade on projects including branding, advertisements, print collateral, and campaigns, our friends at Benson Kearley IFG (BKIFG) approached us to redesign and rebuild their website.
Founded in 1969, BKIFG are experts in delivering personalized insurance and financial service solutions while establishing personal connections with their customers.
In order to get a better sense of their clientele and industry language, we kicked off the project with keyword research and user persona development, which equipped us to make strategic decisions around the information architecture, user experience, website design, and website development choices.
We streamlined five websites into one new, clean Wordpress website, which showcases BKIFG’s wide range of service offerings, while demonstrating that they are subject-matter experts within each industry they serve. Fully responsive, thoughtfully designed, and complete with a warm and welcoming colour scheme, we’re proud to add this project to our portfolio!
