The Challenge
Stylish Fireplaces sells electric fireplaces and offers advice and expertise to help customers choose the right one. They wanted to shift focus from physical showrooms and expand their online experience. The new website needed to be informative, inspirational and easy for customers to use. It had to be easy for Stylish Fireplaces to use too, with features like automated stock checks, and the ability to update the CMS themselves.

Our Solution
We researched, we planned and we created. Using warm colours and an inviting visual tone, the site offers a full eCommerce experience with shopping cart, order management and reporting functionality. It features lots of video for customers to experience the products virtually, and we included search filters based on heat, style, size and features to help them narrow down their options. We also built a questionnaire that created recommendations based on customer answers, product comparisons, and a blog with searchable informative content. There’s a virtual chat function for customers to ask staff questions, and options for retail and trade customer accounts.
