Each year, York Region Children's Aid Society's annual report is one that we look forward to.
Playing off the symbolism of trees, the 2017–2018 report focused on YRCAS's commitment to provide services based on the individual needs of each child, remaining connected to the the communities and people the child knows best—their roots.
With an overall storybook feel, the tree motif is carried throughout the report using hand-rendered illustrations of trees and leaves, paired with textured backgrounds, elegant typography, and a muted colour palette.
Accompanying creative visual representations of statistical data give stakeholders a overview of the previous year in an easy-to-digest manner.
